Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4fingers platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies published on our platform.

  • Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Attempting to register multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
  • You must be 18 years and above to register and use this platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
  • You may not share your login credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in their account remains current and accurate at all times.

4fingers reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents as part of the account verification process.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 4fingers platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including temporary account suspension or permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4fingers platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Fraud, money laundering or any activity in violation of applicable Malaysian law.

4fingers reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing funds while an investigation is ongoing.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 4fingers platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for understanding all terms relating to deposits, withdrawals and any fees that may be charged by third-party payment service providers.

  • Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to the user's account once payment has been confirmed by the system. Minimum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
  • Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the identity verification policies in place. Processing times vary depending on the selected method.
  • Identity verification: 4fingers reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect users against fraud.
  • Failed transactions: If a transaction fails due to technical reasons, users must contact the support team with the relevant proof of transaction.
  • Tax: Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under Malaysian tax laws in force.

4fingers is not liable for any losses arising from transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors beyond our control.

All content on the 4fingers platform — including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, logos, domain names, software code and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 4fingers or its licensors. These links are provided for user convenience only. 4fingers does not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

4fingers reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or any other reason deemed appropriate by platform management. In the event of account closure due to user misconduct, any unverified funds on the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 4fingers support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

Changes to Terms

4fingers reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
